Olony's delegation: Change terms of reference in the reconciliation conference

An advance delegation to Juba from General Johnson Olony has called for a change in the terms of reference in the proposed reconciliation conference for Upper Nile community.

Member of the delegation Peter Yien Kuar says his community is not rejecting the holding of the conference but has reservations which need to be attended to before the conference takes place.
