Toolkit launched to help little penguins

A special toolkit to help community groups, families, and land managers monitor Tasmania's little penguins, was launched on the North-West Coast today.
The toolkit has been developed by the Cradle Coast Authority and the Department of Primary Industries Parks Water and Environment (DPIPWE).
