Clint Padgett - CEO of Project Success Inc. talks about working his way up through the company and then buying the company and making himself the President of it. He goes on to say he'd given up until he heard a song that inspired him to try one more time to try for a loan and he did. Clint says he may not be the smartest guy in the room but he is always the hardest working. They talk about how people don’t often communicate with each other effectively and how it’s even harder now that so many people are working remotely. Clint believes communication through conversation is very important in order to get your message across clearly. Small conversations that happen around a water cooler are a thing of the past. We give ourselves credit for our good intentions, and others judge us by our results.
