What caused one person to see a ghost train outside of their window when there was no active rail line outside?

“It happened at least once a week, and she would sometimes be far from me near the window or near me with hand reach; sometimes, she would be hovering above my foot and staring down at me. Then it started happening twice a week, then three times a week. After experiencing sleep paralysis that much, I got used to it. I was to be able to stop the sleep paralysis by closing my eyes and preparing myself, then move instantly, like how you react when you get shocked or once you start to feel the burn when you touch something hot. Then the happenings started to decline up to once a month.”
