Sam Duluk on the Need to Increase Bushfire Arson Charges

Legislation will be introduced in State Parliament tomorrow in a bid to beef up penalties for arsonists who deliberately light bushfires.

Waite Independent MP Sam Duluk wants to increase the maximum penalty for starting a bushfire from 20 years in jail to life imprisonment.
