When Babylon is Home

In the Bible, "Babylon" is synonymous with governments who overstepped their power and sought to rival God. As God dealt with these nations, He provided examples and commands concerning expectations for His people as they interacted with these governments and fellow-citizens who were headed in the wrong direction. Daily viewing of the news can certainly present troubling pictures for the people of God in the 21st century as they watch immorality normalized and policy toward believers hardened. This sermon explores how we are to deal with such occasions from a biblical perspective.
