No Bauer, No Problem

Season 1, Episode 52,   Feb 11, 2021, 02:59 AM

Welcome to Amazin’ Avenue Audio (The Show), the new/old favorite from Amazin’ Avenue editors Chris McShane and Brian Salvatore.
Note: This was recorded before the trade for outfield prospect Khalil Lee.
The Mets did not land Trevor Bauer last week, and Brian and Chris are fine with it. There is a lot about the signing to discuss, however, and so they welcome Eric Stephen of True Blue LA to the show to discuss the on the field and off the field implications of a Bauer deal.
Before we dig into Bauer, we discuss the Mets’ two newest acquisitions, outfielder Albert Almora Jr and utility man Jonathan Villar, as well as the prospect of fans being at games as early as Opening Day.
Chris’s Music Picks:
Tame Impala - Lonerism
Brian’s Music Pick:
Bohren and Der Club of Gore - Patchouli Blue
