2020 February Natalie had the opportunity to speak with fellow latina in finance co founder of ask snowball Tanya Mendez candidly after both worked on an incredible 3 part podcast series Charlas by Hispanic Heritage Foundation in partnership with Nationwide in the lovely snowy city of Columbus, Ohio. Both had met on a panel for the annual summit In San Francisco Latinos In Finance 2019 and both spoke at the We all grow Summit 2019.
