Dr Kullu FRCpsych is a Consultant Psychiatrist in Liaison Psychiatry and Deputy Medical Director for Research, Innovation and Development at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust; Interim Chair North West Clinical Senate and previous Chair of Cheshire and Merseyside Clinical Senate.
