UK Care Quality Commission Wants Your Feedback

Season 1, Episode 675,   Feb 22, 2021, 10:00 AM

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the body that monitors the quality of a variety of services like care homes, social care providers, hospitals and GP surgeries.

They often ask the public for feedback on these kind of services, in order to make sure they are fit for purpose and provide the best possible care.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Helen Lee, from RNIB, to learn more about the latest round of calls for public feedback.

If you'd like to take part, please call 03000 61 61 61.
