Linda checks in with tourism colleague and CEO of Visit Duluth, Anna Tanski (Type 8). Anna's work with LJC included both Enneagram executive coaching and team culture planning during a tumultuous period of economic devastation for the global tourism industry as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Anna's strengths of collaboration and commitment to the greater good have served her well, and her work with the Enneagram has allowed her to lean into these strengths to lead her destination to discover unexpected opportunities critical to their recovery and onging success.
