Analyst: Naivasha outcome should not duplicate R-ARCSS

Political commentator Andrea Mach Mabior has welcomed the signing of a declaration of principles in Naivasha, Kenya between the government and holdout groups, but says the outcome of Naivasha should not be a duplication of the 2018 revitalized peace agreement. 

 

The discussions reached a milestone yesterday containing 15 points that will form the basis for subsequent political dialogue, aimed at resolving the root causes of the conflict.
