While the first team are on rinse and repeat for playing well and not scoring, Ady & Al took time out to have a natter with Jo Bacon from St Barnabas House Hospice - whom the Roar had donated to with proceeds from the sale of the red shirt.

We also spoke to Polly Bancroft, general manager of Brighton & Hove Albion Women's and Girls' teams as part of International Women's Day.
