Roundtable discussion: Managing internal borders of the ten States and three Administrative areas

Upon signing of the R-ARCSS on 12 Sept 2018 the parties successfully transitioned to transitional with key benchmarks of pre-transitional period unaccomplished. But then the RTGoNU formation was stalled over the numbers of States and boundaries till when the revert to ten states and three Administrative areas was made through a Presidential decree.
