Claire Lawrence works for RNIB as a Regional Campaigns Officer and is also a competitive bodybuilder.
Like many blind and partially sighted people, lockdown has been a pretty testing time for Claire, who has autosomal retinitis pigmentosa.
As gyms closed and competitions were cancelled, Claire had to transfer the family home into both a gym and an office - as she got to grip with working from home.
