Among the headlines for Monday, 12th April, 2021, Malaysia’s phase one of the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme has so far fully vaccinated 395, 891 people.
The five states that lead in terms of fully vaccinated recipients are Selangor with 52,617, followed by Perak with 43,394, Sabah with 41,267, Kuala Lumpur with 33,603 and Sarawak with 32,052.
Also, coronavirus infections in India, surpassed the grim milestone of 15 million, reporting a record surge of 168,912 COVID-19 infections on Monday overtaking Brazil to become the second-most affected country globally by the coronavirus.
