Central Equatoria state cabinet passes over 700 million pounds in emergence operation funds

Central Equatoria state cabinet has approved over seven hundred million pounds in emergency funds to cover operation costs of state activities for the next three months.

This was passed during the regular state council of ministers meeting chaired by deputy governor Sarah Nene Rondento on Thursday. 

Central Equatoria cabinet has also developed a strategy to enable reunification of the workforce from former Jubek, Terekeka and Yei River States 

State minister for information and Communication Paulino Lukudu Obede briefed journalists after cabinet’s sitting that the strategy details a plan of action and policy designed to, among others, achieve reunification of the workforce, increase civil servants’ salaries, and maintain present salary grades.
