Was the ghost of a little girl still playing in the living room of a home now inhabited by a new family?

Here is a preview of the story. 

“When I turned nine, my family moved to a new house, within the same city, just across the town.  After we moved, my mom would still wake up with the handprints on her legs, and about a week after the move, they began showing up on my legs and arms.  After a few weeks of living in our new house, my sister and I decided to invite our friend for a sleepover; my mom told my sister and me a few years later after that sleepover that while the three of us kids were sleeping, she and my dad were sitting in the living room, they saw a young girl walk out of the hallway wearing a long white nightgown, it looked pretty similar to the friend we had over that night, so my mom had asked the girl "Jordan? Why are you awake?" She said that the little girl never answered; she just kept her head down and walked straight through the wall, my mom went to go check on us, but all of us were sound asleep in the bed.  My mom never saw anything else after that; no one did.  But sometimes weird things would happen, things would fall off tables or shelves, my dog would even stare at random spots in the house, he would never bark, but just kind of look at that spot for a few minutes.”
