Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) joins Jill Wine-Banks and Victor Shi on this episode of Intergenerational Politics to talk about his thoughts on the first day of the Senate Impeachment trial, what we might expect in the days ahead, and the stakes of the trial for all generations.

Senator Blumenthal was elected in 2011 and currently serves on a number of important committees including Veteran’s affairs, Armed Services, and Judiciary. Senator Blumenthal also served as Connecticut’s Attorney General, U.S. Attorney for Connecticut, Law Clerk to former Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackman, and graduated from Yale Law School.
