On today’s show, my guest is Cheryl Hatch with Hero's Rest! The goal of Hero’s Rest is to be a U.S. retreat center dedicated to serving first responders. At Hero’s Rest, they believe regular, gifted stays of rest and engagement with nature in a private setting, will mitigate high levels of stress and fatigue, keeping nation’s heroes to stay active at work longer and be more effective in their jobs.
