You may of heard about the availability of the Mental Wellbeing Check In Sessions but did you know about the other services that the RNIB Sight Loss Counselling service is able to offer you if you are looking for help and support around mental health issues at the moment?
  
Amanda and Tina explained to Toby how the RNIB Sight Loss Counselling service is here to help blind and partially sighted people and their families, they demystified some of those preconceived ideas we might have about counselling and outlined the various ways people can make contact with the service and be referred.

If you feel that you might need some help and support from the RNIB Counselling service through the Mental Wellbeing Check In sessions or their other services then firstly contact the RNIB Helpline on 0303 123 9999 who will be happy to help and refer you to the Counselling service or go onto the RNIB website and fill in the online counselling referral form  -
