SSPDF set up general court martial in Warrap State

A general court martial to deal with crimes committed by soldiers has been set up by the army in Warrap State.
Division 11 Commander of South Sudan People’s Defense Force (SSPDF), Major General Zechariah Akooi Yak, says any soldiers who will commit crimes against civilians will face the law without preconditions.
He instructed soldiers in the area to respect civilians and act in accordance with the law.
Maj. Gen. Akooi was speaking during the launch of a civil military relations campaign in Awul area in Tonj North county over the weekend.
