Anna's Dilemma: What Should She Do?

What would you do if you caught your neighbor letting their dog go to the bathroom on your lawn? Anna’s husband sent her a video from their Ring camera of a woman letting her dog go #2 and just leaving it there! She didn’t even try to clean it up! And now Anna has a decision to make. Does she post the video and try to call this person out?
