South Sudan nurses celebrated

South Sudan mothers have been urged to show confidence in their health institutions despite the various challenges being faced. Speaking during a special interview to commemorate international nurses’ day, deputy chair, nursing faculty at South Sudan Nurses and Midwives Association Lucia Thomas says home delivery for childbirth is risky to both the mother and the child. She commended the nurses and midwifery personnel for their dedication to duty and encouraged women to ensure that they deliver at a health institution.
