Amanda and Ryan from Matt Fiddes Martial Arts are offering a free 2 hr workshop tomorrow in Pacific Paradise.
The purpose is to raise awareness around DV and the need for people to keep the conversation going whilst arming women in particular with the self defence skills sadly needed in this day and age of disrespect.
