Wellbeing Walks | Nature and Mental Health

May 20, 2021, 08:00 AM

Experiencing nature and connecting with the world around us has been proven to have positive and lasting effects on our mental health and wellbeing.

Created by 3x students from Bristol using sounds and music created in the natural world, this episode aims to transport you away from the hustle and bustle, and into a calm, relaxing soundscape.

Think of the most idyllic woodland your mind can imagine; the dappled sunlight, chirping birds and babbling brooks.
Now imagine you could visit this paradise without ever leaving your home. Welcome to Wellbeing Walks.
