Recently the CEO of Shopify, Tobi Lutke, released his letter to the employees and I was blown away. I haven't seen this kind of open transparency from a leader in a very long time. In this episode I address some of the pieces in Tobi's letter that stood out to me and that I think every leader should think about. If you consider your team "a family", this one's for you.
