Charity's Ongoing Customer Need Research

Season 1, Episode 777,   May 18, 2021, 10:00 AM

UK sight loss charity RNIB has been carrying out regular research, into the needs of its customers and the effects on their lives caused by the pandemic restrictions.

The ongoing work will help the organisation act in a more agile way, responding to their needs and working better with partners from across the globe.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Jane Manley, from RNIB, to learn more about the first quarter results and find out how blind and partially sighted people can take part in the ongoing work and have their say.
