The College of Optometrists have turned Lewis Carroll's classic Alice Through the Looking Glass into a blurred version with Can’t See Through the Looking Glass to highlight why it is so important for parents to ensure that their children have their eyes tested on a regular basis.
Connect Radio’s Toby Davey caught up with Dr Paramdeep Singh Bilkhu from the College of Optometrists to find out why they decided to turn Alice Through the Looking Glass into Can't See Through the Looking Glass.
Dr Paramdeep Singh Bilkhu explained to Toby why it is so important for children to have their eyes tested on a regular basis, the tell-tale signs that parents should look out for that might indicate that their child is having problems with their vision, ways on how Optician's are making the experience of having your eyes tested as a child fun and friendly as well as some tips on eye health that we could all use too.
