Good morning, good afternoon and good evening wherever you are in the world, welcome to EV News Daily for Saturday 22nd May. It’s Martyn Lee here and I go through every EV story so you don't have to.

Thank you to MYEV.com for helping make this show, they’ve built the first marketplace specifically for Electric Vehicles. It’s a totally free marketplace that simplifies the buying and selling process, and help you learn about EVs along the way too.

SATURDAY SPECIAL INTEVIEW: CHRIS RAMSEY

Today we are joined by Chris Ramsey an EV adventurer who in the past drove the Mongol Rally in a Nissan Leaf but that wasn't enough for this adventurer, he's now taking on the biggest EV adventure of a lifetime driving from one pole to another a distance of 12,700 miles!

It’s a drive that will require a special electric car to handle the extreme temperatures found at the pole but also the hot temperatures on the way past the equator. Martyn is joined by Nicolas Raimo (aka EV Nick) to speak to Chris about this EPIC adventure!.
