Minister of humanitarian affairs describes the recent attacks on humanitarian workers in Torit as ’isolated’ incidents

As the humanitarian crisis continues to worsen in the country, aid workers are increasingly falling victim to targeted attacks by unknown gunmen. 
The most recent incident happened on Monday, when two humanitarian workers were reportedly assaulted by a group of youth in Torit locally known as Monyo-miji. 
The staff include a driver working with UNDP and a staff member of the South Sudan Red Cross. 
The Humanitarian Affairs minister Peter Mayen spoke to the Breakfast show and described the incident as isolated incident.
