Chamber of commerce: Importat essential goods despite lock down in Uganda.

The National Chamber of Commerce is encouraging traders to continue importing essential commodities despite the partial lockdown in neighboring Uganda. 
Acting chairperson of the chamber, Ladu Lukak Losidik, says businesspeople should coordinate with their counterparts in the region to maintain the supply of goods.       
Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni on Sunday announced a partial lockdown limiting movement across district borders to curb the spread of the coronavirus. 
Cargo trucks are however authorized to move with a driver and turnboy who will be subject to a COVID test at the border.
