The Rail Delivery Group has launched a brand new app, on I O S and Android, that allows a disabled rail traveller to book assistance for their journey.
It works across the UK and across different rail operators to provide an easy to use, one stop, resource to make planning a journey easier.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Dominic Lund-Conlon, Accessibility and Inclusion Manager for RDG, to find out how the app was developed, how easy it is to use and how users can influence it's future updates.
You can download the Passenger Assist App, free of charge, from the I O S and Android app stores.
