Health care services in Mvolo county, disrupted.

Health care services in Mvolo county - Western Equatoria have been disrupted by an ongoing strike by medical workers.  

The health workers laid down their tools on Monday, after Doctors with Africa - CUAMM, the health care implementor reportedly backtracked several times in implementing the policy on health workers incentives issued by the National Ministry of Health last year. 

At least eleven public health centers have been affected by the strike. 

The Health Director of Mvolo county, Doku William Brown says the authorities are intervening to try and come up with a solution.
