Creating value out of trash

In towns and cities, waste management has proven to be a big challenge. In South Sudan heaps of rubbish are visibly piled in trading centers, markets, residential areas as well as roads.

It turns out that these heaps of trash are not all rubbish. There is use for certain waste produce if not all.

This morning Miraya breakfast featured two guests, Emmanuel Lobijo and Ugalla Andrew, who are making good use of what we know as rubbish.
