UK Equalities Act Failing Disabled People

In 2016 a House of Lords report found that the UK government had failed in it's duty of care, to disabled people, when it came to enshrining in law, many of the safeguards provided by the Equalities Act 2010.

A new committee is now investigating if any progress has been made since the initial report, and the findings so far are not good.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Baroness Deech to look at the findings so far.
