Ministry of Health to vaccinate children in hard-to-reach areas against preventable diseases

The Ministry of Health says plans are underway to vaccinate children in hard-to-reach areas against preventable diseases after the end of the rainy season. These areas include Jonglei, Upper Nile and Unity states. The Director of the Expanded Program on Immunization at the Ministry of Health, George Auzenio, says they have reached many children in the just concluded polio vaccination campaign across the country. He assured similar campaigns will be conducted in areas where health personnel have been unable to reach during the rainy season. Spoke to Miraya's Sebit William and Philip Wani on the Breakfast Show
