Populations are booming in regional centres at the moment, with many city-slickers keen for a tree or sea change amid the pandemic.

While it is welcome in some areas, it puts others under strain with a lack of housing and infrastructure to cope.

Andrew Parkin has been doing work in this field as a Professor in Business, Government and Law at Flinder's University. He joins Jennie Lenman in this podcast for a chat about it.
