What’s it going to take? That is the ongoing question for the ALS community when it comes to having access to promising treatments. As I have now witnessed several, who I now consider friends, battle ALS I have asked the same question. Currently, ALS is a death sentence. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Last year, when I heard about Alexandra Gasser’s ALS battle, I reached out to her mom, Lorri Cavaliere, to connect her with Steve Martin, Eric Stevens with Team Stevens Nation, and others.
