Hearing stalls at GBV and Juvenile court due to lack of power

A human rights advocate and legal aid provider says hearing of cases at the Gender Based-Violence and Juvenile court in Juba has stalled for over a one month now  due  to lack of power. The Executive Director of the Justice and Human Rights Observatory Group Godfrey Victor Bulla,  says inmates on remand have not been able appear in court for prosecution due to lack of electricity in the court rooms which renders it inconvenient for business.
