Jul 27, 2021, 03:00 PM

He had explicitly stated that the revocation took effect on July 21st. Many have questioned if the Ordinances have in fact been revoked, given the lack of a published gazette, and the legitimacy of enforcement under Emergency powers. But it seem these uncertainty is set to continue after Takiyuddin Hassan refused to clarify the matter to the Dewan Rakyat this morning, saying he would only do so after the emergency expires, on August 2nd.
