Resetting Our Beliefs: Where do you need to go back to to restart a new belief system?

You have to go back in order to go forward.  Sounds counterintuitive, but if you are carrying the baggage of a belief system that isn’t serving you well, you need to go back as far as you need to in order to find the origin story of your beliefs.
