This refers to the flight by what now look like numerous Afghan officials fleeing Afghanistan with, in some cases,.bushels of US dollars. Picture is of something noteworthy being loaded on a helo.
Ashraf Ghani is said to have taken $169 million dollars. The US alphabet agencies and military knew well of their deep corruption, which usually included not paying soldiers; but the Americans kept endorsing the cruel leadership. Often unpaid for weeks, sometimes for months, it's no wonder that many soldiers gave up the fight when confronted by determined Taliban.
