1.11 Amy's solo episode, a moment to connect

Amy takes a moment to check-in, after the last year has been so tumultuous for so many of us in different ways, I wanted to take a moment to pause and reflect. Since recording the first season of the podcast, a lot has happened and a lot has changed.
I also wanted to air more openly around why I created the podcast and the meaning behind my spiritual awakening. There is so much more I'm uncovering every day, but wanted to share some insight into this movement I'm moving through internally. I hope you can relate.
