We sat down with West Ham legend George Parris for a chat about some of his many playing career experiences.

George shared memories of playing for his district before joining West Ham, life as an apprentice at the club, representing England schoolboys and opponents faced playing for the first team.

George later spoke about the passion that runs through West Ham supporters blood, Michail Antonio's form, racism in the game, Frank McAvennie and his toughest XI.

We also touched on George's old gambling addiction, his reasons behind it and how he overcame this obstacle.
