Child rights coalition calls for concerted efforts in protecting children's rights.

Children and young people are amongst the most vulnerable in society as they may not have enough strength to stand for themselves. Now, because every community is governed by laws, children have the same general human rights as adults and specific rights that recognize their special needs. In South Sudan, the Child Rights Coalition, a network of 36 national organizations has been working tirelessly to ensure that every child fully enjoys their rights.

Miraya breakfast this morning featured the child rights coalition which called on all stakeholders to hold hands in championing legal instruments that protect the rights of the African child.
