Let's talk about your "blindspots"

Episode 78,   Oct 04, 2021, 07:58 AM

Over the last week I've heard way too many people chalking up bad behaviour to "blindspots", but are blindspots actually real or are they just a convenient escape from accountability?

In the first half of this episode, I explain how I think about and confront blindspots and lend some insight on how to address them yourself.

In the second half, I discuss some interesting developments in the corporate world, as I've been witnessing organizations try to shift their company culture for good.

Creating a more inclusive and empathetic workplace is always a good thing, but how do you get through to the complainers and people with those so-called "blindspots"?
