African Resource Cooperation drivers go on strike

About three hundred (300) drivers working for African Resource Cooperation -ARC construction Company have gone on strike demanding for a better working environment.
Truck drivers in Mangala, working on Bor Highway are complaining of low salaries, and poor working conditions.
Some of them claimed that soldiers have been deployed to beat them up and push them out of the compound after staging a strike this morning.
One of the drivers who chose to remain anonymous says, drivers do not have contracts and are not supported by the company when they get into problems while at work.
