On today's Make A Difference Minute, we are highlighting a fundraiser organized by Meagan Hays for her dad, Kelly Monse, who was in a vehicle accident on September 23rd. On Friday, Kelly and his wife, Elizabeth, will be celebrating their anniversary. While it will be from rehab in San Antonio, Mr. Monse is in good spirits and on the mend!
