Let the audio diary begin: 9lbs down & 2 x strategy breakthroughs!

Day 1 - Today is the start... The start of a series where all I'm going to be doing is... Talking all about what I'm up to day to day, what I'm learning and how I'm pushing both of our businesses forward.


My full daily journal is going to be published on my podcast - Straight To The Point. But on here it'll be short and sharp. It'll contain one of the lessons and highlights of each day, and what we're learning as we grow.


So, without further a dew, let's go...


An interesting start to the week began with an everyday morning cardio session. 9lbs down so far in just over 10 days which I won't lie, is something I'm buzzed about! Let me tell you. Lockdown weight is real! 😅


Monday's are normally days where I focus on our deeper projects, however this week I decided to offer a strategy call first thing. I don't normally do things like this, but I explain why on the podcast in more detail.


I feel so good at the moment, there are challenges every day, but things are moving forward and I'm so grateful for our position.


I'll save my biggest lesson for the pod, but one that is definitely helping me is getting outside every single morning. Homeworking has been tough on me, I really struggle to turn it off, but just getting into the routine of my morning cardio session has been a real game-changer for me over the past few weeks.
